So far, we have been working with a small core team of permanent employees.
In order to ensure an improved availability of human resources, the staff has been expanded considerably over the last years and more qualified employees shall be hired in the future.

Our intention with regard to personnel is to keep an optimal balance between a maximum of employees – to ensure an efficient execution of the mandates – and the maintenance of a clear personnel structure and of a good teamwork.
